Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a template isn’t working for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll review your request and get back to you within two business days.

If your refund is approved, the money will be returned to your original payment method via PayPal within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.

Please note that we can’t offer refunds after 14 days, or if you’ve shared or resold the template. Because these are digital products, we trust that you’ll use them fairly. If you have any questions, just reach out—we’re here to help.
